Futurewise cares about your privacy...

When you visit Futurewise’s website, you remain anonymous. You are not required to provide personal information to view this site. There are occasions when we will ask for more information, such as when you join Futurewise, when you choose to send an action alert from this web site or when you sign up for action alerts.

The activist and membership functions of our site require registration of personal information. We use this information to make these functions more effective and provide participants with additional information about conservation issues. All such information is collected and stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data.

Futurewise does not sell or otherwise disclose such user information outside the organization. However, if you become a member of Futurwise, some information on membership lists, such as your name and address, may be exchanged with other organizations. Members may opt out of such membership list exchanges by contacting Futurewise or asking to remain private in the note field when they make an online donation. We will not provide any of your personal information to other organizations if you elect to keep your record private.

Futurewise makes every attempt to deliver all correspondences in a timely manner, but is not responsible for transmissions that are undelivered due to circumstances beyond our control (non-functional equipment en-route, or on the receiving end of the correspondence).

Data gathered on this site is used to inform visitors via email of future opportunities to interact with the site.

AdvocacyCorps is an intensive ten-week summer bootcamp for aspiring urban & environment advocates. Twelve outstanding young leaders between the ages of 19 and 26 will dedicate their summer to leadership development and political organizing to make a difference for Washington State’s communities and environment.
